Education Qualification :
  • Senior Officer / Officer (Marketing) :
    • Engineering Graduate or Science Graduate with MBA (Marketing). Preference shall be given to B.E(Chem)/B.Tech(Chem)/B.Sc (Chem). MBA(Marketing) is must,
    • Experience : The candidate should have min. 04 years of post-qualification experience in Chemical Sales preferably Chloro Alkali products. He should be able to manage logistics, sales of products, statutory compliances and coordinating with dispatch for ensuring on time delivery. Candidates having experience in exports shall have an added advantage.
  • Senior Officer / Officer (Exports) : 
    • Engineering Graduate or Science Graduate with MBA (Marketing). Preference shall be given to B.E(Chem)/B.Tech(Chem)/B.Sc (Chem). MBA(Marketing) is must,
    • The candidate should have min. 4 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Marketing /International Marketing in a large scale manufacturing industry (Preferably in Chemical Industry)
    • The candidate shall be expected to possess the following skills
    • Detail knowledge of Export sales process in various international market with knowledge of “Foreign Trade Policy”
    • He / She will be responsible for exploring overseas markets and generating maximum business
    • To work according to the Company targets being set for exports for overseas countries for the export products.
  • Officer / Assistant Officer (Fire) :
    • B. E (Fire) or B.Sc. (Fire) from recognized University or Sub Officer Course from recognised institute preferably from National Fire Academy- Nagpur,
    • The applicant having B. E. (Fire) qualification should have minimum 3 to 5 years of firefighting experience in similar industry or petrochemical plant while applicant having B. Sc. (Fire) qualification shall have minimum 5 to 7 years of such experience. He shall be responsible for the management of efficient working of all fire prevention, first aid, firefighting and major firefighting arrangements. The candidate should have heavy driving licence.
    • The candidate should have good physique and thorough knowledge for operating fire tender and security function, fire equipment maintenance, statutory requirements of Fire Procedure, ability to impart training to the employees and exposure to computerized working environment (preferably SAP).
  • Officer / Assistant Officer (Safety & Environment) :
    • B.E (Environment) with PDIS from government recognized university,
    • Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Safety & Environment field of manufacturing industry.
    • Profile:
    • Ensuring the Environmental compliances as per Environment clearance/Consent to Operate/ Various Notifications from MOEF & CC and other environmental legislations.
    • Timely renewal of Statutory environmental clearances from concerned authorities.
    • Coordination & Liaison with GPCB, CPCB, MoEF & CC, Environmental consultants & NGOs, DISH, PESO, SDMA and other statutes of state / centre.
  • Assistant Officer / Executive Trainee (Secretarial) :
    • Inter C.S. or Fresh Company Secretary. Candidates having LL.B. degree will be preferred
    • Freshers may apply. Candidates having 1-3 years of experience may also apply.
    • The candidate shall be expected to look after the following responsibilities
    • Secretarial responsibilities:
    • a) Preparation & circulation of notice, agenda & minutes of the board meeting / committee meetings of directors as per the provisions of Companies Act
    • b) Annual report preparation - notices, directors’ reports, corporate governance report, management discussion and analysis & similar other reports - timely dispatch of annual reports to the shareholders as per the provisions of the Companies Act and preparation of minutes of AGM/EGM.
    • c) Assisting the Auditors in various audits applicable to the Company like secretarial audit, corporate governance audit, annual return audit, due diligence by RBI etc
General Terms and conditions for all advertised positions:
  • Recruitment for the advertised positions are for a long term contract
  • For Executive Trainees, initially all found suitable and competent would be offered a six-year contract. First year will be for on the job training. Upon review of performance of first year, if found satisfactory, the remaining five years of the contract period will be allowed to be completed
  • For all other positions, the suitable and competent candidate would be offered a 5-year contract
  • The contract shall be extendable for similar term on same or higher level based upon satisfactory performance and Management’s discretion
  • Candidates having experience in Heavy Chemicals / Fertilizers / Petrochemicals industries will be given preference.
  • Candidates should have full time qualification at required level in the respective discipline.

  • General Information:
  • There are total 13 levels in Management category (M 0 being highest).
  • For the Management Category positions, the promotion cycle of 04 years starts from 01st July of the respective year. The high performers may be considered for promotion on completion of 03 years’ service.
